Yeah the players union has really dropped the ball on steroids just like the sportswriters, owners, and the MLB. Not a surprise most felt like they had to do it to stay competitive, man.

AROD should sue the MLBPA if the other names aren't released..... The fans have already been cheated so let's cheat us some more by naming the names

I can't blame these guys for doing them. For some it's the difference of AAA and a shot at the show... a pay day difference of 50k in the minors to millions in the bigs

It's hard to say AROD isn't still on them. He has incentive to do so.... everytime he ties someone in the top 5 of HR list, he gets a $5 million bonus

I feel cheated and I don't know if I can ever spend my money on the MLB again

It may have been illegal but they were not banned substances until recently.  They did what they had to to get the HUGE money.  I would have done the same thing given the chance.  If they players would have come out and been honest they would be as forgotten as Andy Pettit.

correct. Perjury (not taking a banned substance) is what got Barry in troublr. A-Rod will have the same problems.

But not banned by their sport at the time.  Just like marryjane is illegal but it was not banned by the NBA until a few years ago, so the players could do it with no penalty by their sport.  Just the law.
