I submitted the site to google to get it categorized. I made some changes to the code that should help also. Email your tech person and tell them that it is an educational site about teaching and coaching. Have them go look at it. They can't get into the forum without registering anyway. The site is full of news so they should have no problem with unblocking it.
If you don't feel comfortable doing that send me their email and I will do it as the site administrator.
